Position summary We are seeking a Construction Executive Assistant to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Must have Quickbooks Desktop background. Responsibilities: Onboard new customers, key into quickbooks, create estimates Plan and schedule appointments Greet and assist onsite guests Answer inbound telephone calls Order supplies and parts Develop and implement organized filing systems Draft correspondences and other formal documents Perform other office tasks Requirements: Previous background in office administration, construction, architectural glass, metal, and/or windows and doors a plus Background using Quickbooks Desktop Expertise to prioritize and multitask Superior written and spoken communication abilities Strong attention to detail ?Strong management expertise Expertise to be flexible and function in a calm, efficient, fair and courteous manner under frequent interruptions Exercise careful judgment, diplomacy, discretion
