Manufacturing Engineer RPM - Springfield, Ohio Essential Function: The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for creating, evaluating, implementing, and monitoring, manufacturing processes related to silicon and other materials. Responsible for across-the-board manufacturing processes including machining, lapping, polishing, and clean room processes. Will interact with all levels of the business to initiate, substantiate, and implement process improvements. The rapid prototype manufacturing (RPM) role is responsible for the launch of new products into the production environment using gated program launch tools. This key role provides the flawless launch of new products from concept/prototype through and including 1st article and production initiation.
