Randstad in Green Bay is looking for an industrial painter for a DIRECT HIRE opportunity! A machine shop in West Green Bay that specializes in specialty equipment and government contacts is expanding their team. Position: Direct Hire Shift: first shift Monday-Friday Pay: $18-20/hr+ (Based on background) Benefits: A solid benefits program consisting of health, life, dental, vision, health savings account, short-term disability, vacation, and 401(k). Responsibilities: Responsibilities: Paint surfaces of metal parts using spray painting equipment and work aids utilizing specific surface preparation and painting techniques Apply a variety of coatings including enamels, epoxies, urethanes from various different paint manufacturers Accurately document and record all required data needed to comply with each specification Inspect parts prior to paint for needed repair, prepping and cleaning Mask parts to print notes stating tight tolerances for overspray prevention
