Position details Inside Sales/Customer Service – Lighting Candidates with the following background is a plus: Basic skills as related to reading & understanding; “Types”, “Specs”, “Takeoffs” Management skills-Strong and detailed follow-thru are vital Computer literacy (Microsoft excel, Ms word, Outlook, Web-Based Manufacturers’ Systems) Excellent customer service & communication abilities: Expertise to build and maintain strong relationships Expertise to multi-task & effectively address and resolve problems Negotiate with Manufacturers regarding price, delivery and product Maximize sales/profitability utilizing knowledge of competition and marketplace Administrate quotations, orders, expedites, etc. Basic lighting knowledge & background; applicable to manufacturers, electrical distributors & contractors Company Description New England based, independent manufacturers’ representative, marketing electrical products and related services, to the wholesale, construction/installation and specification verticals.
