Sales and Customer Service Representative - (Vincent, AL)

Job details RMC Consulting is looking for a Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is under general supervision, develops and implements sales and marketing plans to ensure customer satisfaction. As well as, leading new customer relationships and maintaining established customer relationships in support of company initiatives and sales objectives. Responsibilities: Speaks to prospective customers and maintains contact with current customers in relation to their requirements. Manages customers. May require assistance from a Senior Sales Representative during training Resolves customer problems either independently or with the assistance of Account Services, Marketing or Product Management. Makes sales presentations matching to customer and target account needs. Writes simple to complex orders covering all product lines. Writes quotes and orders for both standard and special product, working with other departments to develop product and application.
