Valley Medical Group is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and experienced part-time Physician Recruiter to work alongside the Executive and Human Resource teams in our Greenfield Health Center! This is a 24 hour position. As the Physician Recruiter you will be responsible for Practitioner recruitment of the organization which includes sourcing (advertising, cold calling, networking, etc.), screening and interviewing of applicants, posting jobs, coordination of interview schedules, reference checks, and on-boarding/ retention processes. The Physician Recruiter will be responsible for reviewing CVs / applications and phone screening all applicants to determine quality and fit for organization.
