Employment Specialist Goodwill supports people with disabilities and other barriers to independence in achieving their fullest potential as workers and members of the broader community. Do you want to be a team player in fulfilling that mission?Full time Employment Specialist Plum Street, Lancaster location Develops and implements an individualized plan to assist individuals with disabilities to prepare for, obtain, and retain employment in the community. Provides services in support of the IEP goal including assisting individuals develop appropriate career goals, complete resumes and job applications, develop job interviewing skills, disclose disability, and request job accommodations. Bachelor's Degree; or Associate Degree and 2 years of relevant experience; or, a combination of education and experience to enable the individual to meet the standards and expectations of the position.Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Expertise to work beyond normal schedule as needed.
