Human Resources Manager - (Blair, NE)

Position overview The City of Blair will be accepting applications for the position of Human Resources Manager until four PM on Friday, December 28, 2018 or until filled. This dynamic person will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources initiatives for the City of Blair, including recruiting, employee relations, organizational development, training, compensation and benefits. Additional duties as per the job details. SHRM-S/CP or S/PHR certification preferred. This position is FLSA status Exempt, with regular hours of 8:00 am till 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
