Paralegal - Litigation - (Phoenix, AZ)

Position overview Excellent opportunity available with a well-known and respected law firml located in downtown Phoenix. We are currently searching for a full time Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The successful applicant will possess the following experience/skill set: Extensive litigation experience, with at least 5 yrs of experience (including some personal injury). Ability in civil litigation in Federal, State, Appellate and Bankruptcy Courts (TurboCourt). Experience assisting with preparation for depositions, trials and hearings in bankruptcy court. Drafting and legal writing including motions, pleadings, discovery requests, disclosures and default packets. Ability to format and edit pleadings and contracts, able to apply styles utilizing Word and WordPerfect. Strong experience preparing documents for production and managing the flow of documents received in discovery. Knowledge of preparation of proofs of claim, statements of affairs, schedules and other 1st day documents.
