Job details Description: THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN TAYLOR MI Primary function is to improve the quality of products produced and shipped. This is done through designing documenting and modifying quality processes policies and procedures supplier and customer claim investigation and corrective action data collection analysis statistical process controls auditing and reporting. Responsible for timely and cost effective disposition of supplier and customer-rejected material. This position is responsible for resolving customer/vendor issues. Gathers investigates exchanges details and negotiates with vendors or customers regarding most complex quality qualifications or dispute resolution (may require visits to vendor/customer facilities). Provides customer/vendor tours and explains company&rsquos capabilities. Evaluates and recommends practice and procedure changes related to the most complex issues. Advises individuals and teams with practice and procedure development and changes.
