MIN QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION: * High-school graduate or active student * 2 Yrs’ work background with the public preferred * Basic math aptitude and proficiency * Good verbal and writing expertise * Knowledge of accounting principles helpful * Proficiency with basic technology * Professional image * Basic sales background * Awareness of general banking services * Active in social and/or extracurricular activities preferred PRIMARY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Successfully complete on-going Teller I training, assigned compliance training * Understand and comply with established security procedures * Process branch work as needed * Participate in the general upkeep and appearance of the branch * Maintain and balance cash within established standards * Recognize conflict and when to ask for assistance * Provide excellent customer service
