Chief Financial Officer - (Covington, IN)

The Fountain Trust Company, a recently acquisitive $360 million dollar community bank with fifteen locations in west-central Indiana, is searching for a Chief Financial Officer. The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for the management, supervision and direction of the financial, accounting and investment functions of the bank. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Oversee the bank's investment portfolio and asset/liability reporting and analysis Supervise the management of the bank's cash and liquidity positions Responsible for financial analysis and modeling Prepare, present and interpret financial statements and other reports as necessary in a timely manner for the Board of Directors Counsel management on fiscal control and profitability Provide leadership, training and supervision of the accounting and audit departments Responsible for effective tax and longterm capital planning
