Benefits: Leaves of Absence Administrator / Excellent Temporary Assignment - (Rochester, NY)
Assignment tasks: * Process all incoming benefits claims for all leaves of absence, including personal and medical leaves (ie: family, medical, disability, etc.) for the organization. * Interact, advise and respond/follow up with employee inquiries and application for leave of absences. * Assist with benefits claims revisions, updates, and supplementary documents. * Assist with retrieval of filed claims when necessary. * Record-keeping: organize, update, and file benefits claims. * Other benefits administration as necessary. Requirements: * Up to five years of background administering leaves of absence, including FMLA, etc. * Min of high-school diploma. * Good analytical expertise. * Effective customer skills and background. * Respects confidentiality; practices integrity. * Successful communications expertise.
