Job Description DEPARTMENT SUMMARY To provide a world class education experiences the Education and Training Department is responsible for the strategic direction and development of all educational offerings for the organization in a way that maximizes non-dues revenue of the organization. This includes conferences and programs, regional meetings, as well educational offerings such as webinars and value add learning opportunities identified in the planning for each portfolio. JOB SUMMARY The Learning Background Designer will provide critical guidance to ensure a positive learning background. Their knowledge of, and passion for, innovative learning solutions will help influence organizational approach to education development and enhancing the overall reputation of their offerings. The application of adult learning theory and instructional design techniques will facilitate crucial assessments, design, development, and evaluation of educational programming for identified target audiences.
