Grants Associate - (Springfield, MA)

Job details Creative Financial Staffing is working with a non-profit organization to recruit for a Grants Associate. This position will support current operational activities of the Grants department and participate in new initiatives of the foundation. The Position Under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Grants Associate supports and manages various administrative and financial functions related to grants management within the Foundation. The Associate periodically interacts with other staff, grantees, auditors, vendors, and other external partners. Assignments include, but are not limited to: Grants Administration: Data entry and maintenance of GIFTS software Processing and tracking payment requests and grant disbursements Uploading, scanning, and attaching documents to records in the database Inviting applicants for funding on behalf of Program and Engagement teams
