This position will be working with the older adult population and doing home visits. We have immediate openings on our Peer Recovery Team for passionate individuals who have successfully been in long-term recovery from a substance use disorder for at least 4 (4) or more years. This position connects individuals to a larger community of care, provides peer support services, and delivers service in a short-term setting by applying the screening brief intervention and referral to treatment model (SBIRT).
