Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION Under the general direction of a Clinical Program Manager, and requiring independent judgment in the application of established procedures, is responsible for facilitating assessment, care planning and coordination of services for Katie A Subclass members. Job performance contributes to the achievement of the goals of the department unit. Performance of the typical responsibilities and duties requires the expertise to perform the position duties, explain to/instruct others, persuade others, involving job-related matters generally of moderate to high-level of complexity.
