Job summary Property Supervisor, Sarasota, FL. Property Supervisor oversees the upkeep, maintenance, repair and improvements made to multi-site retail shopping centers. Meet with tenants to discuss concerns regarding buildings and common area and resolves problems. You may also show spaces to prospective tenants. Hire contractors to perform repairs/maintenance. This position will cover the Southwest Florida territory. Company vehicle may be provided. Valid and clean driver's license required. Qualifications: Prospective applicant must have background in overseeing and managing general property maintenance for exterior and interior of buildings, to include all aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), landscaping, painting with excellent knowledge in problem resolution and vendor negotiations., five years min background in multi site property management of retail
