Position details 6 mon contract for now (Jan 2019 – June 2019) Title: Real Estate Paralegal The real estate paralegal shall assist the counsel and real estate team of Electrify America with transactional real estate matters for the business. The person joining the team can expect to: - Prepare negotiated leases and licenses for execution, including assembling of exhibits - Prepare lease summaries - Facilitate lease execution between parties - Coordinate with risk management to ensure placement of insurance policies on leased properties - Manage real estate contract database, documents - Manage real estate lease life cycles - Draft correspondence 3yrs of relevant background with Paralegal certificate OR 5yrs of relevant commercial transaction background.
