Leasing Consultant - (Portage, MI)

Job Description Millennia Housing Management Ltd., a successful management company located in the Midwest, is looking for an experienced Leasing Consultant for our apartment communities located in Portage, MI . We are looking for someone that has experience in affordable housing. The Leasing Consultant will report to the Property Manager and be responsible for marketing apartments to prospective residents as well as general office duties. This is a full time position. Must Possess: • Outstanding communication expertise both verbal and written • Outgoing personality who enjoys working with people • Well organized with attention to detail • Excellent customer service • Expertise to assist with budget compliance • Creative • Capable of working in a high energy worked environment • Proficient in MS Publisher, Ms word and Microsoft excel The qualified individual will have two or more years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or sales role.
