Job overview Franchise Relations Coordinator - ProTradeNet General Summary : ProTradeNet works specifically with groups of companies, franchisors or associations (referred to throughout as “trading partners”) to establish programs and relationships with vendors. The objective of the Franchisee Relations Coordinator is to represent PTN to franchisees. You will collaborate closely with the ProTradeNet team to assist the franchisees in maximizing the use of the ProTradeNet system. You will be responsible for proactively contacting the franchisees to assist with vendor requirements for participation and following up to make sure everything has been completed. This position is responsible for following up with new and existing franchisees to increase participation in our vendor programs.
