Senior Sales Representative - (Miami, FL)

Position overview Our client in the healthcare industry is looking for a Senior Sales Representative that has a personal production objective and sells primarily through a network of external agents. You will be focused mainly on devoting time to direct selling, as well as managing, leading, and implementing the business development activities for the Commercial Small Group market. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Achieve personal sales production requirements. Develop and maintain strong external relationships with prospects, clients, and agents. Inform and share needs, realities and experiences related to the Commercial Small Group market and the agent distribution channel. Bring a sense of urgency to identifying roadblocks and developing solutions in order to meet growth and profit targets within the Commercial Group market. Act as “Subject Matter Expert” on all issues related to the needs/expectations of the employer group and the agent.
