Paint Manufacturing Engineer - (Spencer, IA)

Position description Qualifications: Bachelors in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or Chemical Engineering. 1-three years of Manufacturing Engineering Background. 1-3 yrs of paint background. Critical responsibilities: Plans and coordinates activities necessary to produce specified products within safety, quality and cost standards. Analyzes and evaluates manufacturing methods and standards. Provides solution to problems that adversely affect operator safety, quality, productivity and cost. Assists in development and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment. Assists in preparation of departmental budget including material, manpower, and equipment and outside procurement costs, and operates within approved parameters. Process purchase requisitions and records as required. Work in safe and healthy manner, strictly following all safety rules and regulations.
