Manufacturing Engineer - (Fort Wayne, IN)

Position description Our client, a top notch global manufacturer is looking for a sharp Manufacturing Engineer. Are you a "hands on" engineer with at least 3yrs experience in a manufacturing environment? Do you have experience in assembly processes, writing work instructions and line layout experience? Experience/Skill Qualifications: Min of 3yrs experience in a manufacturing environment with assembly processes Uses the CI cycle of standard work, visual control, five whys, countermeasures, to eliminate identify and eliminate waste in the context of policy deployment initiatives. Troubleshoot and "real-time" problem solve manufacturing issues through utilization of the lean tools. Comfortable working out on the floor.
