Must Have : Bachelor's degree required. three to five years Liquid Paint background Understanding of robotic, solvent based painting. Has strong project management, organizational and time management expertise. Expertise to collaborate with operations and maintenance teams in the plant. Critical responsibilities: Establishing and implementing the most cost efficient methods for production. Working with design groups to insure timely completion of projects within budget. Researches new technology and manufacturing friendly processes for incorporation into products. Advising design on lead times, part and tooling cost, and labor cost impacts.
