Customer Quality Engineering Manager - (Terre Haute, IN)

Position details Qualifications: Background as a Customer Quality Engineering Manager or Senior Customer Quality Engineer seeking a Management role. Must have Automotive Electronics background or have worked for 1 of the following customers: Hyundai, Kia, Fiat, Ford, Mercedes, GM, Nissan, Mitsubishi, BMW, Volkswagen, Toyota, Chrysler, Mazda and Honda in a Customer Quality Engineering role. Duties: Provide overall leadership for the Customer Quality team to ensure timely responses to customer qualifications and concerns. Will supervise ten Engineers and seven Technicians. Lead the Customer Quality function by implementing the AIAG defined APQP processes. Lead all aspects of the customer returns analysis for warranty returns.
