Job overview Our client, a global manufacturer of materials for plastics compounding, requires and experienced Process Engineer for their Dayton, OH area manufacturing facility. Responsibilities Identify, initiate and implement process improvements to production and safety processes for plastics compounding and related manufacturing operations. Assist and or lead 5S, PM, and TPM programs Assist with development and implementation of standards, policies and procedures according to engineering principles for production, maintenance and quality. Provide engineering support for all manufacturing products/processes and maintenance operations. Provide engineering leadership for installation/start-up of new processes and equipment. Develop and control capital expense budgets. Assist with development and control of maintenance budgets.
