Director, Member Engagement - (Schaumburg, IL)

Position description ENA is looking for a motivated leader, 1 committed to member engagement, to join the ENA team The Director, Member Engagement is responsible for the development and implementation of all member-focused programs that effectively advance the association’s mission, vision, goals and values. This role is also responsible for driving member engagement, recruitment, retention and value through targeted execution of core programs, campaigns and dedicated on-line member community. Position qualifications include: Cultivate and oversee a team that provides member-centered, service-oriented support to members and components. Develop and oversee the implementation of member recruitment, retention and engagement strategies, programs and campaigns. Provide vision and oversee the membership structure that provides growth and opportunities for all levels of member engagement. Work together with state and chapter leadership to support local-level membership and engagement plans.
