Maintenance and Service Technician (Apartment Complex) $17/hr.-$24/hr. - (Kansas City, MO)

Position details We’re seeking applicants to fill several “Maintenance and Service Technician” positions. Desirable applicants are able to work autonomously and as part of a team, with limited supervision at times, and are highly organized and hard working. This role works internally with other staff and management to complete production goals on a daily and weekly basis. Must be able to support several projects and tasks at once. Basic Position qualifications and Responsibilities: Perform all interior and exterior repairs to maintain apartments, common areas, buildings and grounds according to established procedures. Regularly communicate with supervisor as to status of service requests, make ready units, etc. Complete vacant units to make ready status per established procedures. Inspect all work performed by outside contractors. Inspect and/or perform exterior maintenance ensuring high-level curb appeal. Continually monitor budgeted maintenance expenses.
