General Labor ( Days and Nights) - (Oberlin, OH)

Job details General Labor Job assignments: · Sticking and potting plants on an assembly line · Place, Pick-up and/or space pots/flats on floor or tables · Hang hanging baskets using ladders · Maintain good quality appearance of plants · Pick and box plants to ship · Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion Requirements : Applicant must be able to: · Follow verbal and written direction · Read written work orders · Physically perform the basic operational functions of climbing, bending, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, and repetitive motions (8 hours) · Lift items/products up to 20 lbs; Push/pull carts weighing up to 200 lbs · Have flexibility to work Saturdays/Overtime (peak season) · Have good attendance · Have a positive attitude/be willing to work · Work in various temperature based on season – summer gets very hot, winter gets very cold Requirements · Must be at least 18yrs.
