Requirements: • MIN 3-5 yrs of Family Law experience (Absolute Necessity) • Civil and Criminal Law experience a plus • Proficient in monitoring client account financial status • Proficient in Microsoft office suite: specifically Outlook, Ms word and Ms excel • Proficient with CRM style case management systems • Knowledge of domestic relations law a MUST including divorce, modifications, child support, etc. • Must be fully familiar with e-filing, service of pleadings, setting hearings, etc.
