Be a part of this legal team that understands family and personal needs and appreciates all that you do 1 of Nashville’s acclaimed law firms seeks a true professional paralegal for the following… Duties: · Supporting (4) attorneys in delivering a comprehensive estate plan for clients, including, but not limited to, maintaining accurate and detailed records of client data; · Drafting estate planning documents for client, with attorney supervision (including Revocable Trusts, Wills, Advance Health Care Directives, Durable Powers of Attorney, etc.) Other documents include preparing and recording deeds and other forms; · Proofreading and finalizing documents for client signature; · Managing cases and deadline tracking; · Creating client copies of relevant documents
