Position overview SUMMARY Under direction, administers and coordinates the activities of manufacturing in support of company policies, goals, and objectives established by Management. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure that the responsibilities, authorities and accountability of all direct subordinates are defined and understood. Ensure manufacturing staff are following all manufacturing and testing procedures, as well as all assembly and clean room operations. Manage the production schedule. Ensure adequate personnel are scheduled to perform required activities. Contact customer with any material shortages and notify Operations Manager. Complete documentation review, create packing slips and scan and file Lot History Records. Notify QC when inspections will be needed. Notify Material Handler when product needs to be shipped. Contact customer when Work Order is complete. Approve SpringAhead entries daily. Assist the operations department in day-to day tasks.
