PT / Physical Therapist Home Care Physical Therapist / PT needed for an immediate opening in Vermont! We are seeking a Physical Therapist/ PT to provide therapy services to our clients in their homes and be part of a multi-discipline healthcare team. Must work well independently, as well as be a team member! Requires VT license as a Physical Therapist, a valid driver's license, and reliable vehicle. At least 1 year of background in a home care setting is preferred. Pediatric background is a must! This position is Monday-Friday and is a nineteen week contract position.
