Technical Support Specialist - Veterinary Services - (Allentown, PA)
The NSOC Technician acts as a liaison for Evolve IP customers in the Veterinary space. This position is responsible for handling customer inquiries and works to resolve any issues. The NSOC Technician also serves as the 1st line of defense for Evolve IP and performs internal and external escalations when necessary and appropriate.
