What You Will Be Doing Serve as the engineering function leader and technical expert Manage and resolve issues brought forth by the engineering teammates Create detailed engineering plans, processes, and procedures for engineering staff to use and abide by Propose and oversee budgets and timelines for engineering projects Manage overall configuration control; parts, part numbers, naming conventions, numbering, item master, SOPs
