Position description Job Summary A Pre-Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing negotiated contract projects from interview/procurement through guaranteed max price proposal As a Pre-Construction Manager, you will: Represent the firm at all necessary meetings and work sessions with the Architect, Owner, and consultants to gather and disseminate info on a project. Develop overall project schedules, coordinating and integrating the Architect’s design efforts with construction schedules. Supervise and prepare preliminary budget estimates, schematic design cost estimates, design-development cost estimates, and guaranteed max price proposals, inclusive of value engineering. Supervise and prepare proposals on negotiated, design-build contracts, and competitively bid contracts.
