Position description We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager for a busy Orthopedic and Physical Therapy Practice. Responsibilities: Overseeing the daily billing and collection functions. Resolving revenue cycle issues faced by operations. Overseeing the billing teams that manage accounts. Coordinating communication with insurance companies and payer organizations. Managing payer contracts and fee schedules. Implementing and overseeing an effective denial management program. Working with external parties regarding outsourced collections. Managing patient accounts receivable analytics to meet or exceed benchmarks. Interacting with patients regarding billing and financial issues. Analyze details to assess current and future financial statuses Review costs for optimal budget planning Report via dashboards, reports, queries and other tools to monitor timely and accurate billing, coding and collections. Identify workflow issues and barriers to process, and make recommendations for improvement.
