Works under direct supervision of Vice President of Service and Technology. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned as requested by management: SERVICE DEPARTMENT: · Uses ERP system (aACE) to generate service call lists and reports. · Logs and documents client point of contact and conversations. · Generates service leads and service tasks using ERP call log. · Schedules service calls with regional service technicians. Prepares service maintenance documents for distribution to perspective customers.
