Job Description EXECUTIVE CHEF PROFILE: The Executive Chef will be a key leader known to the employees and the membership for all culinary offerings of this brand-new, extremely high-volume, ocean view restaurant that will do 1200 meals every day. The Executive Chef must be visible and present in all F&B operations on a regular basis. The Executive Chef must demonstrate an open-door, approachable demeanor that leads and guides all culinary team embers in an equal and proactive manner. The Executive Chef must be structured and organized to implement defined goals and initiatives that will achieve the culinary vision of this ocean view dining experience. POSITION OVERVIEW: Using your proven leadership experience, you will manage all culinary aspects of the facilities restaurant.
