Description Job description: To proactively protect and serve the guests and employees while safeguarding company property and assets by screening guests via metal detection at the front gate with special emphasis on guest interaction. seventeen years old with involvement in Police Explorer or similar program are eligible for consideration eighteen years old or + Outgoing and friendly personality. Outstanding written and verbal communications Capable of working in outdoor weather conditions - regularly exposed to direct sunlight, wet humid conditions, extreme cold and extreme heat Available to work adjustable hours, at night weekends and holidays Must be professional, self-motivated and have an enthusiastic attitude Must be able to work around a metal detector Capable of using and monitoring portable radio Must be able to stand at a fixed position up to eight hours at a time and as many as twelve hours a day Must be able to walk up to 3 mis per day over various surfaces Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
