Program & Data Analyst (PDA) Strategic Subject Matter Expert (SSME) - (Fort Belvoir, VA)

Position summary Summary Rapier Solutions is looking for a passionate Program & Data Analyst (PDA) SSME with knowledge of the U.S. Army Reserve structure, case management, and reporting to support the P3O Program. P3O establishes mutually beneficial relationships between the U.S. Army Reserve and private and public sector organizations to create opportunities for Soldiers to increase their readiness at the unit, leader, and individual levels; thereby, enhancing their value to their families and communities and their readiness to protect and serve the American public. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review, analyze, and compile metrics from the field prior to report to client. Provides functional program management support to the PM/APM and other personnel as necessary Conduct timely and thorough analysis of all available metrics to identify potential issues in reporting and develops recommendations for corrective actions and/or process improvements.
