Job details National Engagement (NE) Strategic Subject Matter Expert (SSME) Summary Rapier Solutions is looking for a passionate National Engagement (NE) Strategic Subject Matter Expert (SSME) with specialization in Human Resources to support the P3O Program. P3O establishes mutually beneficial relationships between the U.S. Army Reserve and private and public sector organizations to create opportunities for Soldiers to increase their readiness at the unit, leader, and individual levels. The NE SSME provides expert advice and recommendations for workforce strategies, and workforce development to support Soldiers, their dependents, and force readiness that support P3O goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develops collaborative relationships with the Medical, Financial, Logistical, Human Resources, Law Enforcement, Aviation, Engineering, Intelligence, Info Technology (to include Cyber), Public Affairs, and Education industries in the U.S.
