Help Desk Technician - (Whitewater, WI)
Position summary KC Computers is an IT managed service provider that specializes in providing dependable and innovative Technology solutions to all size businesses. We like to work proactively with businesses to build a strong relationship and to make sure our customer's technology runs as smooth as possible. Our mission is to provide high-quality service while ensuring total customer satisfaction at a competitive price. KC Computers is seeking an individual to help with service calls in our break fix and Managed IT Services team. This Applicant must be able to provide tech support to our customers via phone, email and in person. Must be able to work on Routers/Firewalls, windows PC's / servers, switches, Access Points, Printers and must be a quick learner. Certifications are important, but not necessary. The position mandates some travel to customers sites, so you will split your time from being in the office working and being at a customers site. This will be a full-time position M-F 8-5.
