Tier 2 Network Engineer - (Kingsport, TN)

Job overview Individuals in this position are required to provide proactive, remote and onsite Tier two engineering support to clients as needed. Tier two engineering is defined as Intermediate to Advanced level PC, Server, Software, Security and Networking support across multiple vendors and platforms. Other duties include security solutions implementation/management (firewalls, AMP, DNS Content Filtering, etc.), system patching solutions implementation/oversight, customer site system/server/network deployments, and other proactive IT support processes.
