Job overview Swamper job summary The role of the Swamper is to work with bed trucks and trailers, in support of the Driver. The Swamper will also provide general labor support to the yard, shop and site. Working safely and efficiently is a top priority on every job. Swamper Job responsibilities and Responsibilities Uses proper and safe loading and unloading procedures Follows the Companies and the Clients safety rules Keeps the truck clean and organized Make emergency roadside adjustments and repairs Helps with chaining up the truck as conditions require it Assists the Driver with pre/post trip inspections Reports equipment safety deficiencies immediately Performs other duties as assigned by the Dispatcher / Driver Maintain and use appropriate PPE Participates in relevant training and safety processes Swamper Requirements and Requirements Willing to learn and take direction Expertise to prioritize and work in a high energy environment to meet all deadlines with minimal supervision Must ensure that work is
