SHIFT SUPERVISOR Friday-Sunday ALL SHIFTS - (Gallatin, TN)

Position overview JOB SUMMARY Provides direct supervision to unit staff and services to clients in both routine and complex cases with competent use of supervision and consultation. May provide supervision, training, or consultation to other staff, volunteers, or community professionals. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential duties and assignments include the following; other duties may be assigned: Carries out managerial duties at an intermediate to advanced level including: • Facilitates crisis interventions • Advocates unit issues • Performs intake procedures for permanent and temporary placements • Notifies Residential Manager when supplies are needed, including forms and paperwork needed at unit • Ensures their shift is covered and ratio is met. • Lead Counselor will be responsible for staying over if the following shift personnel are late or absent.
