Position summary New Beginnings Are Possible (NBAP, New Beginnings) is a 22-year-old Christian youth development organization located in Milwaukee, WI. Our mission is to develop career, community and family capable young adults. Over the history of the program, NBAP has impacted the lives of children from low-income and disadvantaged backgrounds through: · Mentoring, Bible study and serving as positive adult role models at St. Charles Family and Youth Services; · Afterschool programming for children from 1-12 grades; · Summer enrichment camps; · Bridge to employment programming that engages middle schoolers through young adults in the exploration, training and readiness for higher education or pursuit of family-sustaining employment. Headquartered in the Berryland community of North Milwaukee, New Beginnings has approx $3.4 million dollars in assets and an annual operating budget of approx $500,000.00.
