Job Description Staff members at CMCS are our greatest asset We are currently seeking qualified and eager Family Foster Care Case Planners Job overview: Responsible for the overall management of the provision of services to each child, foster boarding parent and biological family on his / her assigned caseload. This includes assessment of needs of each individual and the detailing and implementation of a treatment plan designed to effect the earliest possible discharge of each and every child to a permanent living situation. The Senior Case Planner is also responsible for supportive coaching and guidance to the foster care program. Job duties: · Schedule casework contacts in accordance with ACS qualifications.
