Leasing Agent - (Rocky Mount, NC)

Position overview Seeking a leasing consultant to be the 1st personal contact a prospective resident has with our community. Candidate must be outgoing and organized with a positive attitude. Job duties include but are not limited to: Answering phone calls and providing helpful info. Leasing all vacant apartments and preleasing those which will be available in the future. Monitoring the traffic and establishing waiting list for vacanies, giving tours of our community to prospective residents, assisting in the processing of rental applications. As well as collecting rent and taking service request. Prior office experience preferred.
